Internet Service
Installation was simple and done well. The service has been excellent; they increase the speed once in a while without saying a thing. In two years, there has maybe been one short outage.

Installer came at the end of the 4 hour window they gave, making it by a matter of minutes. He was friendly but had to borrow a screwdriver and a flashlight from me. On the floor he left behind screws, plastic from the coaxial cable and dust from where he drilled. Probably would have been nice if he picked up after himself. No problems with Internet.
