Incompetent. No show due to supposedly being sick except for last day. Replaced windows in entire house. Everything had to be redone by another contractor Lost thousands of dollars

Bathroom - Remodel
The project was to make the bathroom handicapped accessible. None of the fixtures were what I needed or requested. I paid thousands and am left with a shower that is smallest than the original one. They never cleaned their shoes when entering, they left their messes for me to clean, and used white decorative towels to dry semi clean hands instead of a dark hand towel provided They were totally unprofessional, always an excuse of being sick that caused delays. He does not have customer service skills and seems unqualified .
