Home Building
It went very, very well. Brad took the time to work over the blueprints with us, down to the last detail. The few revisions we had to make once underway were our own fault for not paying really close attention to details. Work was done in stages, as pre-agreed upon with the contractor. We did not want to move in the heat of August, so construction was done in sensible stages. A very few subcontractors were not timely in completing their responsibilities, but for the most part all went smoothly. Brad is very attentive to details and having everything done with accuracy and quality. A very few very minor details have needed attention, 3 months after completion, and he has taken care of those/it.
