West End Equipment

I have used them for various little equipment and it was fine. They repaired my snow thrower in the midst of the winter and that was fine. Recently we rented a chain saw to cut up trees, it was dull. Then we rented a mini excavator. That was a nightmare. Within an hour it was leaking hydraulic fluid, we had to tighten the hoses. It was overheating too. The track was loose. I kept having problems and was afraid to use it for our purpose because I didn't want more stuff to go wrong. Depending who you talked to, some were very helpful and very informative and others were not quite congenial. I didn't use all the time I had paid for because I was tired of the problems and attitude so I just waited for the end of my contract for them to pick it up.
It was very discouraging. Maybe it was just a bad week and uncanny situations, but the response from them left a negative impact.

I had a good experience with them. The equipment was wonderfully taken care of. The staff was well knowledged and attentive. They guided me to what piece of equipment I needed. It was one of the best experiences I've had in this area in a long time.
