Everything went perfect. I worked with Eva to pick out the granite and the backsplash. She was so helpful in helping me chose the granite and the backsplash. Eva and I worked together picking out all the materials for probably and hour and a half or more. She also was prompt in getting back to me regarding the scheduling of the installation, etc. Peter and his helper did a beautiful job installing the granite. They were both very professional and everything was cleaned up and vacuumed before they left. The young man who installed the backsplash also did an amazing job. I can't say enough good things about LA Stone, only to say how pleased I was with the whole process from beginning to end.

After going to several other places that required removal of the old counter BEFORE measuring for the new counter (how were you supposed to use your kitchen in the meantime), I happened to be driving past LA Stone and stopped in to talk to them. The salesperson was very helpful and explained their process to me. I was able to find a piece of granite that I liked from their stock, and the best part was that the quote they gave me included EVERYTHING. I did not have to arrange for my own plumber, and did not have to have the old counter removed before they made the template. It took just a week from the time they came to take measurements for the template to when the counter was installed. The other places I had been to varied from 4 weeks to 2+ months (Lowes).

The installers were prompt, professional and neat. Their plumber was called as they neared the end of the installation, and he installed the faucet and re-connected the dishwasher. From start to finish for everything - 5 hours.

I had almost given up on getting a new counter since I was so frustrated with complicated processes, granite that had to be ordered, and long delays for installation. I was totally satisfied with LA Stone and Kitchens and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
