 + 0 moreI enjoy my workouts. With the hydraulics, if I'm feeling very tired, I can ease up and still get a mild workout in.
Description of Work: Curves is a great place for females to feel more comfortable if you are on the large size and do not want to go to a main stream gym. Tina in Brodheasville makes you feel very welcome. Explains all the equipment and their specific benefits with detail. She continues to offer advice on how to get the most out of your circuit and the equipment. She also plans little events to keep excitement high. I have been going since June and I see myself going to this Curves (or another one if I move) for a long time. This location has a nice age range attending. Girls in their 20's to some ladies in their 70's.
