Paver Savers is also known as Chestnut Hill Nursery and share the same address. The gentleman that came out to our home quoted us a price of $600 to create a landscape design plan for the entire property that we could do in stages. At the time, I did not know that other relatives had obtained a design plan from well respected companies in their area for no cost. What I received was a plan for part of the front yard that appeared as though it took no longer than an hour to create. We specifically went with this business as it is local to our area and wanted to support local businesses. I have requested a refund of the entire $600. UPDATE 6/27/15 After requesting a full refund, I received a call from the owner, Jim. Jim apologized that he prepared only a plan for the front yard after agreeing to a plan for the entire property. He explained that he became inundated with work and failed to review the payment made when he prepared the plan for our review. He was very sincere and was extremely interested in making sure we were satisfied with his business. He stated he would definitely refund the entire $600 plan preparation fee. Not only did we receive the check from Jim but we also received another apology and a hope that we would reconsider his business in the future. After considering the response I got from Jim, I certainly would consider hiring his business in the future. It's refreshing to see someone put the customer first (as Jim did) and taking responsibility for errors that were made. That is the mark of a true professional!!!
