I've been using them since I bought the car. Availability may be a B because I can't always get in there right away. Once I get the appointment, I'm in and out and they're always on time. It's not impossible to get in, but I like to go on my days off from work, and sometimes I can't. It's always within the week but not on the days I want.

The dealership is very unprofessional and advertise services that they do not provide. By not returning a phone call, this is very unprofessional. If they advertise a service, I would expect them to follow up with a phone call to get the additional information that they needed.
