I switched from a single provider to a more national one. Big mistake, should have stayed where I was. This company lies, mislead you and are the worst of the worst

I don?t like to write bad reviews, but sometimes it?s a necessity? sorry? Amerigas sucks. I have been a customer from 2003, when bought the house in Mastic Beach LI. They were the old suppliers, and I didn?t see any reason to change, until two years ago one tank was empty, so, as usual, called the Riverhead office and left a message to fill it up (while Im using the other
tank.) Several weeks ? no response. Left several messages ? no response. Called the main office and they called the
Riverhead guy, who called me, no apologizes. Scheduled a service for the coming Saturday. Have been home with my wife on this Saturday, waiting to the guy, nothing. At night I went out, saw on the out door a note from him ?Have been here, you weren?t home?. That was it. Called again the main office, told them I stop the contract, and they said ?Ok?, didn?t even try to pretend they care (had
it something to do with our small consumption?). Found another supplier, Petro, who found to be superior, not only on service, but on prices as well (shamefully, I didn?t notice this BEFORE? but this was MY fault). Beware of Amerigas

They have an available office. They are very friendly. They address any problems right away. The prices are great.
