They showed up to work every morning on time and brought all they needed with which they would need to work with. Took a small break of 10 min late in the morning, and then a 45 min lunch break.  They were pleasant to talk to and in explaining what else would to be done to avoid the bugs, plus the new pipes were the new plastic type.  They gave us some of the really damaged pipes and asked if we wanted anything else to keep. They worked hard and didnt disappear for any reasons.  Both my husband and myself were extremely pleased.  No over selling.  No hiding pipes so we couldnt get another opinion. I was impressed and its hard to impress me, as Im usually well versed in the job before they come.  I do lots of research.  I wanted you to know in case others are looking in my area of Levittown.  We were hit last Autumn and Winter with that Hurricane that ripped out trees all over our area that damaged sidewalks and some ruined homes and cars.  If your looking for good Plumbers I can definitely recommend Tyler Plumbers.

They did the job fast and came on time. A few weeks later, we noticed some water under the sink, there was a leak. They came right back, not the same installer, and saw the issue(it was a bad compression gasket supplied by the mfgr). We ordered the part direct from the mfgr and when it got to our house we called Tyler. They sent the original tech(Ed)who upon opening the delivered parts box saw more items than we requested. The gasket was also shaped differently. He surmised that the mfgr had some "issues" with the original FLAT design gasket and sent a BEVELED one, also sent other parts that now made sense to the particular application for our job. He went above and beyond, changing most of what they sent(they even sent another goose-neck faucet which made no sense to change yet)and explained a lot to me/us. They did NOT charge for this visit(nor the previous one)nor any other charges. Being involved with a family owned service company myself, this is the first time I EVER witnessed a company operate the way we do.
