We're recurring customers. We've been using them for about a year. They actually put the food in your freezer for you, six months of food in your freezer. It takes them about 5 or 10 minutes.

The food is amazing, always fresh. I can't complain about the food. However in order to buy the food they pester you to buy freezers or microwaves. The guy would not leave my house until we agreed to buy them. When we had bought the microwave it ran up our electric bill. Once you let them in they don't leave. You can only buy the amazing food from them if you buy these other expensive items too. It's a shame because the food tastes so good. I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

The food quality is fantastic, best burger and vegetables I've tasted that are not from a restaurant--but that's where the good stops. There is zero transparency in the pricing and you must sign up for six months in advance. If you claim you cannot hold all of that food in your freezer, then you get the hard sell to buy one of their freezers. They use a strange point system and will never tell you the price of any of the food you are ordering, just the bottom line with a claim that the food will feed your family for six months. If you push them on pricing, they will keep telling you that they are "comparable to the stores" but can never give you an actual dollar amount. Instead, like a sleazy used car salesman he kept wanting to know what our monthly grocery budget was and promised he would make the food affordable. What the salesperson started to get nervous about and didn't like is that I started to list out all of the food we were getting that was supposed to feed my family for six months and realized that they were totally ripping us off-- they were charging us $2200 for food that would cost us no more than $550 (even if we were shopping at a higher end grocery store like Whole Foods, Trader Joe's etc. Then, when we turned the salesperson down on the order, he started  being very pushy and rude. He would not leave, he started dropping the price drastically-- which tells you that you are not in good company if they can reduce their prices that quickly when you say no, and then he started saying things like "it's not free for me to be here right now you know" and "if you give me twenty (20!) names of friends and their phone numbers I'll take a little more off the price.  After three hours of our lives that we will never get back, we finally had to basically kick him out of our house. Oh yeah--- and we never saw the free 2 weeks of food. These guys are crooks, save yourself the hassle as I know there are several reputable organic food delivery services that do not operate this way.
