They arrived on time and were friendly, at least initially. The job they performed was horrible. They did not move items on surfaces in order to clean thoroughly and ignored obvious places that needed attention, including kitchen cabinets and the kitchen floor as well as grout and tile in the bathrooms and numerous window sills. We were so upset with the poor work that we called the office and had the crew return right away to do the job right. Soon after arriving, and while addressing items we were pointing out, members of that team became rude and unprofessional. When they left for the second time, we were still not impressed. After the way they had treated us with both the job itself and later with a billing dispute, we could never consider giving them an opportunity to win us over.
We simply cannot recommend this company under any circumstances.
