piano tuning
+ -1 morelen arrived on time, explained what we was going to do and why it might take a while, because the piano had not been tuned in years. he started working immediately and did not take a break until the job was completed.
Description of Work: I called last Saturday, November 24, left a message and asked if he serviced my area. If so, I wanted him to tune my piano. It is now Tuesday, November 27, and I have not received the courtesy of a call back. Len did eventually call back and apologized for taking so long. He explained that he is very busy this time of year. He arrived on time, spent about two hours on the piano, which now sounds great. For the amount of time he spent and the quality of his work, I'd say it was a very fair price. I would definitely use him again.

+ -1 moreHe’s a friend of mine. We went to college together. I’ve used him for 20 years. His regular rates are very reasonable. It’s a family piano and I don’t touch it. I’m a musician and I play trumpet. He’s prompt and professional. He shows up when he says he would. It’s fairly easy to schedule and he does a good job. I have no issues. I would continue to use him in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Len Pierro Piano Tuning a year ago for tuning my piano.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. I would highly recommend him to anyone with piano tuning needs. He assured me I wasn't the first nor would I be the last to let things go. When he had the piano apart he showed me the interior and a cracked board that would do for now but may need to be replaced in the future. My piano sounds great and I am very happy with his services. I will surely use him again.
Description of Work: My piano had not been tuned since my mother passed away 15 years ago. I was worried! Len came within a few days of my calling him. He spent about 2.5 hours. He explained very carefully exactly what he had to do and what might need to be done in the future.
