With all my trouble with contractors, I feel very lucky to have met Phil. His mannerism was great and his knowledge of plant, bushes and trees surpassed all those that had come out before him. For example, I have a couple of very pretty bushes on the corners of my home that I planted many years ago and had forgotten the name of them. I had asked other, and all I got was a blank stare. When I asked Phil, without hesitation, he came right out with the name (Acuba), what to feed them and how to trim them, impressed me! All work was done with hand trimmers which meant no cherry pickers or tire tracks all over my lawn. He said he would start at 8:30 AM and at 8:30 AM all tools were laid out on my lawn. Phil worked with one other man and the job was done in 3 1/2 hours. That makes me wonder why I got the way, way more expensive bid by those recommended by Angie's List.
