Rick is very professional. He always arrives when he says he will, ready to get to work. His paint work is very good, and would reccomend him to everyone. We have a 14 acrer estate with 9 buildings on the property, and he is the only one in the last 5 years that we trust to keep them all looking their best. When it comes to power-washing, again he is excellent at it. We have many stone walls, a tennis court, 2 bridges, brick sidewalks, etc. that all require power-washing at least twice a year if not more. He has all the best equipment to get the job done.

He went above and beyond what was asked for him. He even fixed the power washing I had done for a deck myself at no additional cost. Even my neighbors were skeptical and were pleased in his work. This guy is coming back next year. I couldn't recommend anybody higher than him. He was very polite and friendly and came out with recommendations and I wasn't even asking for them. He was licensed and insured.

Mr. Smith showed up promptly and went right to work. the deck was filthy. He explained how power washing works and the length of time it would take. He also explained that sometimes dirt that is very ground in may not come out with a power wash. I understood because I had let the deck go and didn't expect him get on his knees to clean it. He did a great job and checked with me within the next few days to see if all was well. It looks great and I have already made my next appointment.
