I was days away from having my first child when our 2,500 sqft basement flooded. The R360 team was able to immediately respond, put a plan into action, and start work all within the same day. Work was able to continue when my wife went into labor and when we arrived home from the hospital, everything was taken care of and in absolute perfect condition. The cleanup and drying equipment they use is state of the art and the care they provide for your house while conducting business is second to none... heavy duty flooring protection to move equipment through the house, corner protectors, raising up furniture on waterproof blocks to get them out of the water ASAP, etc. On top of the excellent service they provided for the core flooding issue, dealing with them was an absolute pleasure. They answered calls and texts, provided frequent updates, helped with insurance related questions and provided proper and detailed documentation for insurance and even interfaced with insurance directly when needed. Joe and his crew came out in the middle of the night and helped clean out our flooded basement. There was over 3 feet of water which was also contaminated with sewage. They called the insurance carrier and dealt with them directly and we didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. They even covered all our of contents, packed it up and we couldn't be happier.
