I'd absolutely use him again. He's coming next week. My prior plumber recommended him, that's how I met him.

We have used John before, but our most recent problem was a toilet leaking enough to create a hole in our first floor ceiling. John was able to determine that the leak was coming from the toilet rather than the shower right next to it. Before he did any of the work, he explained what was wrong and what he had to do to repair it. He completed everything in a timely matter, and even answered questions for me about a new faucet I was planning on purchasing. He is very professional and we highly recommend him!

The plumbing work was very fairly-priced and the work was performed quickly. I would recommend John for anyone needing plumbing work done.

John is a competent, honest, fairly-priced plumber who has done good work for me on several occasions. He explains things well and doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. Highly recommended.

Absolutely Excellent  -  I was replacing the outside hose bibb and doing OK until I ruined the valve connection under sink. This was on the Saturday before Memorial Day. Was referred to John Wilcox and called him at 9 AM - he was at the house by noon and was very reassuring - replaced valve and fitting, hooked up everything and tested it.. He and his associate were gone in no time. I work in a hardware store and will recommend him to our customers.

He did a great job; no problems. He brought all his tools and even hauled away the old water heater. He was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone.

Everything was excellent.  John is extremely knowledgeable, polite and easy going and he explains everything and he also listens to your concerns and thoroughly answers all of your questions.   Our house had an oversized 20 yr old furnace that was basically blowing out much of the heat right into the basement and not enough air flow was making it upstairs.    They installed a new Goodman 95% efficiency gas furnace and also had to install a new vent pipe through a few walls to the outside for the new high efficiency furnace.  

All of their work was excellent including the very neat way they handled the install of the new vent pipe.   We get more much more heat air flow upstairs now and we also won't be wasting money by overheating the basement.  

John even came back after the furnace install and fixed a prior bad thermostat install by someone else and he spackled and painted and the thermostat/wall looks perfect now.  He was referred to me by someone else in our neighborhood and I referred him to another neighbor.  If you are looking for a Heating/AC-Plumbing contractor who is knowledgeable, honest and easy to get along with, you should call John Wilcox.
