Shield did a great job repairing a section of my roof and siding. We ran into issues with the siding not being delivered on time. I’m pretty sure one of the guys drove out of town to pick it up the next day! I was extremely impressed. They did a great job to get it done quickly and took extra measure to make sure it is done right. I really appreciate all your help. Thank you guys!

Very well. The workers were efficient and thorough. The consultant was also efficient and thorough; he helped with shingle selection and color selection. GAF representatives came out to inspect. They gave us photos of the completed project. We’d hire them again.

Great. Very professional. Salesman was knowledgeable explaining everything that would be done. Give me a detailed estimate folder that he prepared and presented after he surveyed my roof. nother salesman looked at my roof and gave me his business card with a number on it. No explanation. So I hired Shield. The 4 man crew was very efficient and tore off the old roof, replaced rotten wood, installed my new roof, all in one day. After the job was finished Shield came and inspected to make sure everything had been done correctly. I am happy that my new roof is guaranteed for 50 years to. Piece of mind........I know if I have any problems they would correct it. So I was very satisfied.

Shield replaced the metal roof on our church, Dunbar First Church of God and did an excellent job. They were very professional and responsive. They offered a better warranty and better value than other companies we reached out to. We would absolutely hire them again! Thanks Shield!

We recently decided to have our 20 year old roof replaced. the whole process was easy. Jeff came to the house at times that were convenient for us, walked us through all of the color and product options and gave us a great deal. The install team was polite and kept us updated on the time line to finish the project. we love the way our house looks with the roof and the peace of mind our GAF warranty gives us.

Our roof was recently totaled during a hailstorm and the representative from Shield that helped us discuss our roofing options was exceptionally helpful. Other contractors were looking to get in and get out while the Shield team truly had our best interests in mind. If you’re looking for a team to do a quality job and have a great looking roof look no further. If you’re looking for someone to help you understand the insurance process and help you make sure insurance pays there part then these guys help with that as well. Thanks Shield for great service and a great looking roof and gutters.

The Shield Roofing team did a great job! Sales guy Nathan Kunze explained all the options and answered EVERY question. And I had ALOT of questions. The roofing team arrived before 8 AM and were on their way home by 3 PM after having installed 36 squares of Golden Harvest GAF Timberline HD shingles and cleaning up all the mess. The team was very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Shield Roofing & Construction to anyone looking for a quality roof and install.

We are very pleased with the work that was done. Our roof was done in a day and a half and looks great. The workman were very professional and did a great job with cleaning up the debris. This would be six A's if not for the lack of communication between their office and ourselves. We had no notification that they were coming for the roof or the new gutter on the back of the house.

Shield did a free estimate visit. I sent them additional information but they never sent me a timely reply, and when they did my project wasn't worth "putting the Shield name on it". I feel very disrespected.

We ran into delays getting started due to bad weather. They were quick to contact us to update the schedule. The Project Manager explained all the work that would be done, and when the crew arrived, they worked quickly. I rarely saw them take a break, even at lunch. They were careful about clean up and made sure our yard was spotless. They removed and hauled away all material layers down to the roof decking and replaced decking as needed. They installed new ridge ventilation, roof vents, underlayment, ice and water barriers, shingles, and flashing. We have had very heavy rain since the work was completed and so far, no issues. Very pleased!
