good. a few glitches because of weather (temp. needed to be considered as carpet spent the night in a van) Felt the guys who got the old carpet & padding up and installed the new did a very nice job in a timely fashion. Cleaned up and moved furniture in an efficient manner

The flooring product was high quality and the installation was excellent. The only issue was after we signed the bid(which was 400 dollars less than other bids) and gave a 50% down payment, We were contacted and told that they had not included installation. After they gave us a break on the installation cost we decided to go ahead. The final price was about the same as other bids we received ,

work finished in about 7 hours

They seemed irritated when asking questions.  I was not really satisfied. They act like they do no have too much business with us.

It was a different team than with the carpet. The other team was more professional.

The associates in the Bridgeville location were great to deal with. The installers were professional, and showed up on time. Post installation, we noticed several issues that should not have been overlooked. They could've been corrected on-site. Now they have to order new material, which is again on back order, with no ETA in sight.

We used Rusmur Floors in the past and they did a good job. 20+ years later, we needed vinyl flooring in our kitchen and carpeting in our living room. The 2 jobs went well and the workmen were knowledgeable and polite. They showed up on time and cleaned up after they finished. There were a few small issues, but they were corrected quickly. We will probably use this company again next year.

The workers showed up when they said they would, and completed the job on time. It is a large kitchen, and the floor extended into a butler's pantry and bathroom. The installers did a great job of leveling out the three different floor surfaces and working around several obstacles. The managed to get the tile under our radiators and they did great work integrating the new floor with a spiral stair. I should also mention that their showroom provided many more options than the other places we visited. Everyone we dealt with, from the salespeople, to the person who came to our house before the installation, to the installers was courteous, competent, and professional.

Rusmur was great!  Laying flooring in a 151 year old house can be difficult; but all installers did a fabulous job of leveling the subfloor to accommodate the new flooring options.
Heather Corey was an excellent interior designer/salesman with a good eye for color and quick matching of our wants with our needs.  She secured fabrication of a new exterior threshold because the original was unusable.  When the originally ordered carpet was delivered damaged, an alternate was quickly found and ordered; installation was only delayed a couple of weeks from the original date.
All three teams of installers were wonderful - arrived on time and worked diligently to complete the job as promised.
 I am very satisfied with flooring from Rusmur and will definitely use them again when refinishing the kitchen and master bath.

We had two kinds of wood floor installed. The 2nd floor was Oak, it was installed well and I have no complaints. The first floor was a hardwood, it looked nice after installation. It soon began to develop creaks, and Rusmur came out one or two times to try to fix it. One of the guys who came said it was a poor installation, he could not believe how they did it, and said he would be back with more people to fix the problem areas. Then they started blaming it on the subfloor, moisture, etc. Now it has very loud spots, some of which are a loud popping noise. You cannot walk across it without making a lot of noise. We have called them repeatedly over the years, they refuse to do anything about it. Twice I asked my builder to get them back here. I was contacted both times by a woman who said she wasn't familiar with the case but would look into it and call me back. Never got a call back. My wife has been to the store several times and they will not do anything. 
The floor looks nice, I have never had any complaints about that. I just want the squeaks and loud cracks fixed, but I get no response at all from them.

I need to qualify my answer "would I use this provider in the future".  That depends on if I am able to insure that the padding I receive is good quality.  I purchased carpeting and padding.  There were some issues with the edging but this was promptly fixed.  However, there are several large bumps in the padding.  When you step on it you feel as though you have stepped on a rock.  I purchased the "upgraded" padding and was advised this is "normal" to have bumps in padding!! I always thought padding was to provide comfort. They have agreed to fix only the areas that have bumps.  This would involve lifting or possibly cutting the carpet just in spots.  I've chosen to "live" with the feeling of stones since I am concerned on how the repairs would effect the carpets appearance.  It's my hope they will compensate when I purchase carpeting again.  The first time I used them for carpeting, my experience was excellent.

It was fantastic. They came when they said they were going to, they were very personable, the installed product looks really great, we didn't have any problems with them and it was just a smooth process from beginning to end.

It had been difficult to find a handyman or another flooring company that would 1) install sheet vinyl, 2) provide more than a handful of styles for a reasonable price, and 3) come up with a solution for the old slightly curved baseboard.  I went to Rusmur's Babcock Blvd office and was able to order what I wanted.  There was a delivery delay, but that was preferable to instant installation and only getting to choose from a small number of samples.  The installation team was excellent.
