+ -1 moreLeft several messages, never got a response. After calling again a few weeks after, I was told the tiles I wanted were discontinued. Very poor customer service, the sales person (Julie) was very rude: she never called back although I left several messages and when I got her on the phone, she was visibly annoyed and acted like I was wasting her time. Well, it was I who wasted a lot of time and effort waiting for information which never came. Never again!
Description of Work: I tried to order some tiles through this supplier since the contractor I used was a member with them.
