We used to take our dogs to the Dormont location but decided to travel to Bridgeville so that we wouldn't lose the amazing service. Neither of my dogs are what you would call easy. The one is a neurotic terrier who acts like you're killing him with a hair dryer or nail clipping. The other is a pittie mix who is afraid of everyone and rather defensive. They always come home beautiful and not traumatized in the least. I highly recommend Precious Paws!

Wonderful! My Cavalier was beautiful when I picked her up. Very friendly environment. I think she enjoyed it and will take to her grooming visits easily.

This is our second monthly appointment and we are totally satisfied! Mike and his wife, the proprietors, have created a wonderfully warm, cozy, calm, and efficient operation, which both of my dogs seem to enjoy. The cuts are marvelous, and they really do cater to the needs of the dogs and the desires of their owners. We are taking their advice in getting their nails trimmed every two weeks instead of once every five weeks, to avoid any problems (scratches to daddy) and to keep them comfortable. They both smell and look great! Their employees are really kind, seemed to like our pets, understand their quirks, and handle them well. It only took approximately two hours for the two dogs, as opposed to five hours we had to endure "crating them" at a local chain pet store (which was both more expensive and less consistent in the haircuts!). Woof, woof... oh that's just Gracie and Brewster thanking the awesome groomers at Precious Paws! Looking forward to our next visit...

These folks are diligent and professional in their trade. Communication is strong and willingness to go over and above is their trademark. 
They have grommed my pups for many years. Their cuts are always above and beyond any I've gotten elsewhere - they always look gorgeous, smell fresh and lovely. 
Because of the irregularity of my work schedule, Mike has gone out of his way many times to work with me to groom my pups.
Once Mike noticed a small red mark on one of my girls and let me know when I picked her up. This was my first pup and I may not have caught it.  It turned out to be what Mike thought and I was able to have it take care of right away. For this I owe them.
I wish them many years of continued success !!

Excellent experience. Very welcoming to both dogs even though neither dog wanted to stay. Expert grooming on both, especially around the eyes, face, and ears. Very well priced, and would take the dogs back at any time.

I have used them 3 times. It is an open place so if your dog is uncomfortable they have no problem you staying with your dog. I did not do it, I trusted them but they are open and so you can go and that way they indicate that they care for your animal and they are not like a pet shop. So you are allowed to stay with your dog and watch them do everything. You can tell that they fuss over your animal. They are very careful with your animal. Their price is reasonable. I have already recommended them.

This was a wonderful place, everyone there was extra nice and they truly love animals, and my dog looked so good. I will certainly go back and would highly recommend.

I have been taking my 2 German Shepherds, Rocky and Callie, to Precious Paws for several years now. There are several reasons I choose to take them there, including the location, price, and friendliness/professionalism of the staff. My dogs instantly feel comfortable when we walk through the doors. I would not trust any other groomer with my dog's nail care. During my most recent visit, I asked several of the girls, and owner Mike, for recommendations on good vets in the area. None of them hesitated to give honest opinions and lead me in the right direction.
I recommend Precious Paws to all of my dog owner friends. They truly care about pets, and take the time to converse with their clients to make them feel welcomed. I also really love the fact that us dog owners are allowed back with them to help, rather than sit in a waiting room or outside. I had a bad experience at Petco when my older dog was younger. Petco's inexperienced teenager "groomers" treated him very poorly, because I was not in the room, which is another reason I am glad I found Precious Paws. There is no comparison between Precious Paws and Petco or Petsmart grooming services. Precious Paws has them beat in every way possible.
This past week, Bridgeville got hit with a tremendous amount of rain, and I heard that Precious Paws was affected by flooding. I was really sad to hear that news but hope that they will be able to recover so I can continue to bring my dogs there in the future. If not, I will definitely take them to the 2nd location!

Mike and the groomers at Precious Paws are amazing. I've been going tothem for 6+ years and they are the best. They even stayed late and called back in a groomer one time when my dogs had escaped and were covered with woodland debris and needed an emergency clean up. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

People were very nice, but dog didn't look like he was trimmed at all.

Owners and staff have been VERY welcoming and accommodating to my dog, who tends to be very excitable around other animals. All services are by appointment, and the owner has gone out of his way to fit my schedule. The dog has always been ready when promised, and is returned to me happy and in beautiful condition. After the visits to Precious Paws, there are always compliments on the dog's appearance from the neighbors as we take our walks.

They always do a good job. Sometimes it takes a little longer, because they have to be careful with my dog. She is fourteen years old. She has a skin condition, so the groomer has to be careful when trimming her. She is also hard of hearing and her hind legs are weak. They take care when grooming her.
