We've been with her for a couple years. We've been looking at a lot of houses. The buying process took us a long time to find the house we wanted, but we never felt pressured to buy. We never felt rushed to buy. We didn't have to pay anything for buying our house but for selling the house, we paid like 3% to the real estate agent and 3% to the buyers real estate agent. It is standard.

After working hard to "recruit" our business, Lu disappeared. She had others do our open house and was unavailable to us when we had questions or wanted feedback on showings. When we finally took our concerns to others in her office, she was unprofessional and completely dismissive. We gave her 90 days I'd like to have back... Beware.
