She is excellent. It is a small place. She does all of her own grooming. She is a dog trainer, a dog lover. She does not take large dogs. She takes small to medium. It is based on heights; her grooming salon, the sinks and stuff (bathing facility). She takes small dogs and she takes her time. She only does one or two in the morning and one or two in the afternoon. So you don have dogs sitting in crates for one or two hours waiting at all.

The dogs were ready on time. They both have undercoats; Angel's is much thicker than Shadow's. Deanne did a great job getting out both dogs' undercoats. She trimmed their paws, claws and ears. She even got rid of most of Angel's tear staining - which is a miracle! She did all this while she is working out of Furry Friends until her new location is is ready! [She lost her original site to a flood.]

Dropped the dog off and came back in approximately 3 hours later, when told dog would be ready. Took a picture as an example. Very average job. Hair uneven all over body. Top on head not done correctly and hair too long (not as shown on picture, which they did not return). Dog was agitated, which is not normal. They told me dog tried to bite the clipper, hose, and dryer, which dog has never done before (he's 8 years old).

Took my 2 dogs for a bath, hair cut, nails, ears. Very friendly, nice place to take your dog. Dogs were well groomed and they take care of your dog. Dogs were promptly done on time.

I am very pleased with this groomer and we visit them about every two months with our dog. They have done both "show" cuts and a shorter cut for summer on him and both are beautiful. They are gentle and calming to the dog and I wouldn't take him anywhere else for this type of care. I certainly recommend their services to other dog owners.
