Gleaming Gutter Co

I've used Gleaming Gutter for years and they've been great! However this last time they left my barrier down and my dog escaped. This is very serious and I don't think I can trust them anymore. I tried to call at the number on their website and the answering machine was not clear who the number was for (not gleaming gutter). I've left several messages about this and that I don't want to use them anymore but they have not called back. I may only be able to get in touch with them if they send me a bill (which is the one thing they are very good at doing). Something must have happened with them as this is a sudden change in their service; maybe new management?

I have used Gleaming Gutter every summer to the overgrowth on a very large (tall and wide) hill in my backyard.  They are responsive, do an excellent job and their price is very reasonable.

My house is surrounded by trees so my gutters and downspouts periodically get clogged. My experience with gleaming gutter has been very positive. I like their and quot;no fussand quot; approach where they add you to their schedule, do a very thorough job, and then email a bill when everything is done. There are no upsells or holding your breath that you will get phone calls about 5 other things that need to be done.
Their owner is also very responsive to emails and is very cooperative about taking a look at potential gutter issues and having them resolved at a reasonable cost.
I will continue to use Gleaming Gutter's services - good company, no fuss, easy to work with.

What I like is that they are very quick in accommodating me. I like that they communicate through email and they will talk to you on the phone but a lot of correspondence is through email. What I am not too thrilled is that when I made a request for actually doing a little bit more than just doing what they are asked for, they didn't come through with it. I give them As on their grass cutting and everything but I would give them B's on just anything extra. The price was good.

Using Gleaming Gutter was a nightmare.

Great. Even with they kept the price at $100 after the knowledge of how dirty the gutters were (plants growing in them). They even took a look at the roof for me to let me know how it looked since I knew it was older and was wondering if it would last me another few years. Great guys.
