Very prompt, professional and pleasant. Allen was dispatched to diagnose a problem with our microwave (turntable started turning when door was opened). He quickly diagnosed the problem and determined that it was under warranty from a prior recall service. The switches were replaced at no cost - he was in and out within 30 minutes!
