Property Appraisal
Did not receive report on time as promised compromising decision on a time sensitive offer. NEVER received electronic appraisal as promised. Mailed paper documents to some address but did not tell me where he mailed them when never received! Asked me for correct address. Emailed to wrong address again! Finally got it right after several emails from me asking for refund. Appraisal came in 30k over tax appraisal on a house in poor condition with urine soaked floors,feces and trashed inside. Best offer from over 11 is flippers $100k. His estimate $153k! Seriously looking for some way to get a refund or at least file a formal complaint. Please notify me of what I can do legally. $300 down the drain! I testify all this is absolutely true.
