We interviewed a few people and felt this individual was very knowledgeable and interested in performing the work. We had a challenging job and others weren't up to the task. It started well as the install was done on time and at the price quoted. This is when it fell apart - the system never worked properly - they tried to adjust one or two times but then I assume grew frustrated that they could not make the system work. It was always difficult to get to the owner as the gatekeeper was highly unresponsive and always would say they tried to tell the owner and that he would get back to use. It got worse and worse. When we finally requested they remove the system since it never worked and they were not willing to work with us to get it to work ... they absolutely disappeared. No responses. Very unprofessional. Pursuing with attorney general but that will likely go nowhere. Buyer beware.

Did not install furnace to code which cause significant damage that required a new unit after seven years. A/C unit had a leak in it after one year. They refused to fix it and their solution was to recharge it at our expense. I had to replace this unit as well. Duct work was not connected properly and they refused to come out and inspect it. I had to complete the work myself. They were not my choice to do the work in the first place, but had to use them as part of the construction contract. I would have written a review sooner, but Angieslist wasn't around

Not well. I had to use them as part of a package with the builder. They took out an air cleaner that was supposed to stay. We noticed that the air flow was wrong and found upon inspection that a lot of the duct work was not attached. When we complained, they sent out a kid to inspect it. He didn't even have a roll of duct tape with him. I had to attach the duct work myself. The following summer we noticed that the air conditioning wasn't working. There was a leak in the system. Even though the unit was under warranty, they refused to fix it. Each year we had to have the system recharged. The final straw was on the coldest day of the year the furnace died. It turns out that they improperly installed the furnace not up to code. Water built up and shorted out the motherboard. Finally, we took advantage of a tax incentive and had a new system installed by a real professional. This happen a number of years ago, but recently friends told me that they are having similar problems.

Excellent. The technician went above and beyond and, as a result, the problem got fixed way quicker and probably cheaper than it would have anywhere else. I am basing this on second opinions I received at the time. The technician called the manufacturer, ran some tests, and ultimately made sure that the cost for parts was minimal, where other shops insisted the entire assembly would need replaced and said it would be backordered for weeks. Ultimately, my family (especially the baby) appreciated the diligence.

I called Coleman Mitchell to fix my air conditioning after the hottest weekend of the year. They were able to get someone out the very next morning to take a look. The technician, Thomas, was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, parts needed to be special ordered, so it took a couple of weeks to get things up and running. But Thomas was very responsive, and went far above and beyond to get things working. This included being in a sweltering attic during a thunderstorm reassembling everything! He called to follow up after his visits, and came back a final time to make adjustments to get things working perfectly for me. They worked with my home warranty company as well, getting prior approvals for everything so I would get the maximum reimbursement. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

My AC compressor didn't start. I called two different companies to check the problem before calling Coleman-Mitchell. Both the other 2 guys told me that I need a new compressor or an entire new system, which cost me ranging from $2,000 to 3500. I called different companies to get some quotes. C-M came back with the best price, so I decided to go with them. 
Matt, the technician, spoke with me before arrival. He said he would run some test and make sure if I need a new compressor. Guess what, he fixed AC within an hour. Matt just saved me $1,500. Thank you so much, Matt. 
C-M offers very good service and best price (trust me, I called 10 different companies to get quote for replacing compressor). I really appreciate their professionalism and honesty. Again, thank you Matt and Coleman and Mitchell.
