"In response to your review, please be advised that Coleman-Mitchell has not worked for this contractor for several years. Everything that we would have done in this house, would have been based on what the contractor specified. Seeing that this work was done through a contractor, an inspector would have had to sign off on the work. The job was completed in 1997, which poses the question to Coleman-Mitchell as to why this review was just written in 2017. As far as the complaints, we reviewed our records and we have been out to the job for maintenance on the system and for a no cooling, which was a result of a storm. Coleman-Mitchell Htg and A/C, has always taken great pride in the work we do, along with ensuring customer satisfaction"
