Serving customers since 1947, we still institute the same beliefs that have set us apart and helped us become leaders in the marketplace. Customer service is an integral part of our daily operations. Delivery Options - Local Delivery - We offer delivery, using our own trucks, through the western Pennsylvania. "Dear Mr. [member name removed], It is unfortunate that your machine failed again so quickly, however, our service technician did determine that it was not a repairable issue. He spent over an hour at your home taking your 10 year old washing machine apart and to try and solve the problem, but due to an issue with the base frame was only able to mitigate the noise to some degree. I can certainly understand your frustration and I will contact you personally to offer you a discount on the purchase of a new washing machine. "We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your service calls. Our service technical looked at 4 appliances for you on 10/2/2014, and as per our policy, you were charged 1 full price service call which includes the “travel” portion of the fee. For the other appliances, you were charged only the reduced rate which is to provide the labor time for the technician to look at your appliance and determine the problem and if or how it can be repaired. We completed the repair on your washer, and you elected not to repair the dishwasher and double oven. The disposal was an electrical issue and our technicians are not electricians. We are glad to hear that the electrician was able to resolve the problem. The total for all four of your service calls was $267.44 (which comes out to $66.86 per appliance). We do traditionally offer to replace non-repairable items as a courtesy to our service customers and we not only make sure our customers get the best price on their replacement appliance, but we also have several programs in place to help offset the cost of the service call. The tech arrived on time. Identified himself; was very friendly and courteous. Upon entering our home, without being asked to do so, he removed his shoes ( we have white carpeting).
He made a quick diagnosis, had the parts with him and within an appropriate time frame had the igniter installed and the problem fixed.
We highly recommend Bridgeville Appliance not only for excellent service, but also for appliance purchases. ( have purchased a refrigerator in the past). We feel their prices are fair and the quality and professionalism outstanding.
Tom, the tech, is a real asset to Bridgeville Appliance
