 + -1 moreJob went a s planned. I was given and actual estimate, after the car was checked out and before any work was done. The A/C works better than it ever has and I wonder if it worked that good new !!!!
Description of Work: The A/C Compressor and dryer were bad. I had a friend suggest that I go here and give them a try which I did. I was given a "pre" estimate prior to bringing my car to the shop.

 + -1 moreWhile visiting in Pittsburgh had roadside damage that destroyed my front, right tire on Sunday. Monday morning at 9am called to see how long it would take to find, mount and balance a Continental Extreme Contact DWS 235/45zr17/sl. Spoke with Charlie who said he could have the tire in the shop by 1pm and installed shortly after that. Dropped car off at noon and told him I would need it ready by 2pm. When I returned at 2pm everything was ready to go. Charlie did a great job and was professional. I appreciated his professionalism and being on time with the schedule he provided (becoming more rare nowadays). The fact that it was a rush job with a specific tire that was needed, upped the difficulty of the job. I was impressed with how it was handled particularly with an out of state licence plate on my vehicle. Charlie was easy to communicate with and did what he said he would do.
Description of Work: Had a specific tire tire mounted and balanced on a tight schedule.
