They completed the work and started asking for payment. They had told me that in order to do the roof correctly they would have to take down the copper gutters. I asked a different roofer and they confirmed that statement. It turns out that they didn't actually replace the wood behind the gutters, they didn't patch the holes on the roof, and they did a horrible job. They didn't install the titanium underlay correctly and also didn't replace the rotted boards of the roof. There are pieces flying off the roof now too which could injure one of our children. We had another company come out and estimate the damage and they said it would be $25,000 to fix. Also, they damaged my car, my air conditioning unit, and my neighbor's car by dropping things on them. I picked up a 3 pound coffee can full of roof nails from my neighbor's yard. They refused to give us copies of anything. To get the information about their insurance I had to call the Attorney General. They also would only show us their licensing information, they wouldn't give us a copy of it. We notified the Better Business Bureau and are now in court with this company. I have also found out that several others have been ripped off by this company. They are very unprofessional. Do not hire them. Also, they are now filing for bankruptcy.
