Everything with Steve was great.

Once again I was impressed with Steve. He responded to my call within 30 minutes and came out the same day to assess the problem. He returned the next day to correct the leaking pipe and discuss the options for fixing the shower. Once my wife and I decided on the plan, Steve went to work to correct all the plumbing issues. I will continue to use Steve as my only plumber and have recommended to a number of my neighbors who have used him as well with the same results.

Steve was fantastic! Responded quickly to my message/call and came out the next day (Saturday) and fixed the problem really fast. Steve was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely fair. As a side note, I can’t imagine why the people on here that wrote negative reviews could have possibly had the experiences they claim. Steve was amazing. I would recommend him without hesitation. Great experience!

S. Dunsmore Plumbing and Son gave me a quote over the phone, came the very next day, and installed the new unit. Their prices were reasonable and much lower than the plumber I had been using for years. They were pleasant and professional. I would use them again.

Steve and son did a great job with replacing our water heater which was making our hot water tinted color. He is very good with communication, answers texts and calls on time, and shows up on time and got the job done quickly and professionally (despite several reschedules due to unforeseen circumstances and weather). Price was a tad on the higher side but it's worth paying for the quality of the job, his extensive knowledge and experience. Will definitely use again.

Mr. Dunsmore was on time, reasonably prices and very upfront about what COULD be done and what, in his opinion SHOULD be done, even tho' he could have made more by just telling me the COULD. He went over an above in 1) investigating the issue and 2) proposing a possible solution, along with the full disclosure of its (very low) likelihood of actually fixing the problem and the expected cost. I would have provided a review sooner had I known he was on Angie's list. I just happened to come across his listing when looking for something related.

Steve came the next day. Very honest man. Explained very well. Will use him again!

Steve was on time, personable, thorough. I had the toilet and vanity removed for the tiling and then reinstalled. In the shower Steve replaced the shower plumbing and fixtures and prep the drain for the tilers. He did a great job. Before the hired Steve to do the work I had know that the fixtures and other plumbing parts would NOT be sourced from Home improvement center because I find their product is cheap and of average to poor quality. Steve assured me that he used on plumbers grade A parts and fixtures. I watched Steve and his son do the work and saw the components used and talked with Steve about them.. you visually see the quality in these parts. The plumbing work started The 1st week of December 2017 and completed after the Christmas. It was my choice to wait until after the holidays to have the work completed and Steve was very flexible on dates. Great job job, nice guys!

Called at 10am and Steve was here by 2pm. same day. Awesome! Thank you. My hotwater heater was leaking on my basement floor. Cleanout valve was plastic and broken. Had Steve and son do one more job while they were here, replacing corroded shutoff valves.

It went smoothly. They came and installed the new dishwasher. They were very professional and extremely nice. I would highly recommend using them. The price fit the work. Highly recommend!

He was very good and trustworthy. He got a part to repair it and it is working fine now. He got out here in only a half hour and I would definitely use him again.

It was a difficult job, but Steve worked with me to map out how to do the waste line plumbing work with the minimum amount of wall and ceiling removal. It made the restoration of the walls and ceiling much easier.

We were extremely happy with the service we received from Stephen Dunsmore. He answered the phone the first time I called, scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon and even kept the appointment during a snowstorm. We had a leaking toilet that required fixing. Stephen was able to spot the problem right away and fixed it quickly. In addition, we asked him to install a new faucet in our kitchen sink. However, he told us that the current faucet could be fixed easily with a minor adjustment rather than installing a whole new one. His honesty saved us the expense of purchasing and installing a new faucet. We have used many plumbers during the 16 years that we owned our home, but have never been inclined to use the same one twice. But because of the superior service we received from Stephen we will definitely be using him again and recommending him to our friends.

Steve was able to squeeze us into his schedule and came a day sooner so we could have our kitchen back. He was very kind and responsive.

He told me to get a new one, as repairing it would cost more.

Perfect... I needed to go to the property before my work day Steve met me early fixed the issues in no time at all. Pricing was more than reasonable.

Steve and Jason were able to come out fairly quickly and re-position the shut-off valves. I was impressed with their work and their availability (every other plumbing company wasn't available for weeks), so when I discovered the cracked drain pipe, I called them immediately. They are experienced and knowledgeable about older houses and the plumbing issues older houses can have. I am very happy to have a plumber I can count on for future issues, and I highly recommend Dunsmore Plumbing.

I have been a customer of Steve Dunsmore Plumbing for five years. Initially he responded to an emergency when our hot water heater burst on a Sunday morning. He was prompt, courteous, and quickly replaced the tank. Since that time, Mr. Dunsmore has done many plumbing repairs in our home. He does not use cheaply priced products from the big-box, do-it-yourself stores that often do not last. He uses quality plumbing supplies that may cost a bit more, but last for years. He never charged us to come and give us a quote. We've never had a single problem with his work, but he always reminds us to call if we need any adjustment. We would highly recommend him to anyone.

I highly recommend Steve and his son. They were prompt, highly knowledgeable, very honest, competent, professional and very reasonably priced. This is the kind of Heating Specialist/ Plumber that I have needed for the past ten years. I plan on using them for all my plumbing and heating needs in my home as well as my rental properties.

Steve responded to me within 15 minutes of my call and was at my house an hour later. He completely explained the problem and how it needed to be corrected. He installed an expansion tank on the heater and it corrected the problem. In addition, he called a few hours later to make sure that every thing was working correctly and that there were no leaks. He reiterated that should there be a problem, I should call him immediately. It was great doing business with him and will use him again.

We discovered a fast leak from the toilet in our business on a Thursday afternoon.  While it was a relatively minor repair, for us, it was an emergency since it was causing a significant amount of water to flood our bathroom faster than we could empty the bucket we used to catch the leak.  We reached out to several plumbers that afternoon, but Steve Dunsmore was the only one who responded to us before the end of the business day.  He said he was able to come the very next morning to fix our problem.  He was there promptly when we arrived to open the store and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He showed us the part that needed replacing and also explained why it had failed in the first place.  I would have no hesitation is using Steve Dunsmore's Plumbing again and would recommend him to others who needed prompt and affordable service.
