MAIN LINE TAXI

I tell them that when they come to my home that they have to come to a specific side of the building, but they never do.  I called them to get a taxi today and they asked me if I could see them outside when I called them back after waiting.  I informed them that I could not see them and gave them the correct side of the building.  I told them I would be down in a few minutes because in takes some time to get downstairs and through the build, but when I got outside I walked all the way around the building and could not find them.  They had left!  I do not have a cell phone, so I had to go all the way back up to my apartment to call them back. They are cruel and mean to everybody, but especially the elderly and disabled people!  Starve first if you need to go to the store for food or call an ambulance if you are sick before calling this company! That is how bad they are.  This has been on going for many year.  The only good thing I can say about them is that they are consistantly terrible.  I just do not understand why the township or taxi commission is doing nothing about this.
