Real Estate Service
These are the real estate agents that give others a bad name. Unresponsive, unhelpful, uncommunicative - and just about every other "un" you can think of. The only useful thing they did was to put our home up on MLS. They held no open houses, showed the home just one time, offered no staging advice and failed to inform us of upcoming inspections or potential red flag items that could have been addressed. Our calls for information were not returned. When I expressed my dissatisfaction with his lack of service to Mike DiPalma, he just shrugged. My advice - you are better off selling your home yourself than using this agency.
