We have used Whitehouse for about 4 years Sam and his team are great polite good value and very professional
We have mulching and landscaping done every year and we have the lawn and shrub programs annually
Also Ted Sams brother, and his crew did my patio and retaining wall and they were awesome too

I hired Whitehouse Landscaping two years ago to cut my lawn, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure my property looks great. The owners, Sam and Ted, are very down to earth and easy to deal with. Since hiring them my property looks better than it ever has.

Whitehouse Landscaping for several years. They are a ?proven
winner?. The office staff is courteous?offering assistance or taking
messages. Their staff is prompt returning phone calls and home visits are
punctual.
Customer satisfaction is top
priority. Since I am not very knowledgeable about plants/trees they
suggest various ideas for my landscaping. I trust their judgment and am
always very pleased with end result.

work is being done. The work crew is
polite and reviews all work to be done prior to starting. If I ask for minor changes, they are
willing to accommodate. Upon
completion, the office always calls to see if I am pleased with the finished

Extremely responsive and professional. Gave us a quote, came back and did the work. One of the bushes died and they agreed to replace at no cost to us. More expensive than other landscapers but higher quality.

They are excellent. We used a big deal for the service as well. It was a 5% off and they honored it. We had them here for several days. They are professional, and courteous. They have very good ideas, becuase I didn't have much ideas about the walk way, and they suggested some creative ideas, and the finished product is just beautiful. I like to work with people who are personable, and they were it. He is an engineer, and he has done a lot of work, and he had thought out a lot of the work. We were going to be taking a trip, and they scheduled around the trip for us. I have recommended them to some neighbors.

According to my sister-in-law who lives in the area, the lawn mowing
has been done weekly with no problem. However, the $200 weeding job was
not well done and when contacted, Whitehouse came out to weed again and
charged another $200. The job was still not done well as they left the
area beside the shed untouched.

I called Whitehouse Landscaping for an estimate. Sam Whitehouse came to my home a few days later. After a thorough examination of my property, he made suggestions and recommendations. I was impressed with his knowledge and attention to details. Shortly thereafter I received a formal proposal for the work to be done. To be honest, Sam`s price was not the lowest, but I`ve learned from past experience that going with the lowest price can many times result in poor quality. I gave Whitehouse the job.
Work didn`t start for 3 or 4 weeks due to backlog and weather delays. They first had to remove the old(20yrs) overgrown shrubs. it was necessary to bring in a back hoe to remove about 12 large root systems. The beds were enlarged and leveled off. The new shrubs and perennials were laid out for my inspection prior to planting. After everything was planted to my satisfaction the flagstone walk was reset and leveled. A weed barrier(Preen) was applied over all the bed surfaces and premium mulch was spread. In addition to the above work, 3 maples,1 birch,1 Japanese maple,1 crab apple and 1 plum tree were expertly pruned.
The Whitehouse crew worked non-stop in 90 degree heat to complete the job. The results are outstanding! Thanks Whitehouse!

Sam Whitehouse came to my house on multiple occasions to discuss the landscape design. He was very detailed and patient as my wife and I decided on what was to be done. He provided many ideas that helped us decide. Once the plan was formalized his crew performed the work quickly and neatly. They were very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing. They took great care in performing their work. We were very happy with the final result.
Since then we have used them to maintain our property, performing mowing, bed and plant maintenance. They make great effort to keep us infomed as to what work is being done. We are very pleased with the end result.

We have not had any problems with Whitehouse Landscaping, they have been very good. We decided to use them because they use organic products. They come weekly for service. They are here when they say they will be.
