Disorganized! They don't go over all the plans with you before starting the job and therefore make mistakes that you may have to live with. They are not very neat ...tarps dirty and no plastic to cover furniture. If there is a work related issue concerning damage to your home, somehow you will be at fault and will be required to pay to have it repaired.
