Went great. Happened on a Saturday afternoon and they were responsive to my call immediately. Rates were reasonable as well.

After doing out plumbing in 1971 when we built our house, we depend on personalized service from Bartman. Every 25 years or so we give them a call. Quality submersible pumps pumps last 25 years, even when abused occasionally. Out first two lasted that long, even after we pumped one dry by emptying the well by accident (those watering timers that run off water flow are not reliable). So now we have a pump that will last us until we die, and a new supply pipe from the well. The steel pipe lasted over 45 years.
