APPLIANCE MASTERS OF NE PA

The repair came out 3 separate times over a 2 month period - each time, creating more problems than we originally had. He ordered parts and installed them incorrectly. After the 3rd visit, I had to tell him what was wrong and he had to order even more parts and come back a 4th time. After waiting over a week, I called him and was told the parts were back-ordered indefinitely (the oven is only 7 years old). I finally called another repair shop to complete the repair. They had no trouble getting the correct parts. I was informed that the parts Appliance Masters installed were forced to fit and subsequently bent, as well as that they were wired incorrectly. I wasted 2 months dealing with Appliance Masters when Parkway Appliance fixed it on the first visit.
