Told me I had to have additional things done. Paid $1000 over estimate. Found cracked tiles, medicine cabinet was not properly installed, used different tile around shower than what I paid for. Tile grout was different shades of gray. Ron came after I complained then never came back to fix anything.

Awful!!! Shawn cracked 2 tiles and did not replace. Medicine cabinet was not put in flush to wall. You can feel air coming out of bottom of cabinet. The one wall I asked to be replaced was not. Trim tile on outside of shower was not the same as I picked out for inside shower. Shower floor is crooked and caulking is a sloppy mess. Ron (owner) came to look at it and never came back.
