Very impressed with his knowledge, thoroughness and honesty. He patiently answered all my questions while continuing to work. I could not afford a new dryer and am so thankful that it's working again.

He came out right away. It took him five to ten minutes to fix the problem. I recommend him to everyone. I have had no issues with the product since it was fixed. He is quick to call back and he comes when he says he will. He is a pleasant fellow.
