Chester arrived exactly on scheduled time. In less than an hour he had hooked up the piping for sink and dishwasher. He found a clog in the main drainage. Was able to fix within 20 minutes. Cost was extremely low for service and work performed. I definitely plan on hiring again!

I have used them a couple of times. He used to own his own plumbing company but now he does it occasionally. He is a certified plumber and you can call him and he will come out and take care of your problem. His prices are very reasonable. He is a great guy. The quality of work is excellent, and if it is not right, then he will come back and make it right. It is just a one-man show and it is sometimes hard to get hold of him. He is not there immediately but there is always somebody all the time waiting to take a call, but he will get back to you. Once he gets the call he will tell you when he is going to be there. He is a good old-timer who does the job and does it right.

He is a one-person operation who has retired from the Plumbing company he owned. He now is semi-retired but was very responsive in that he called within 2-3 hours from my call. His work was completed within 1-1/2 hours once he arrived at my home.
