I was interested in buying a cabin that was gutted and in need of major renovations. To start the loan process, I needed to provide endless paper work to the bank including a detailed estimate for the remodel. Will Farwell of Bald Knob Builders worked with me to provide an estimate that was in my means and also met the criteria of the bank (which were many). The cabin had several problems and Farwell worked with me over a 4 month period modifying and re-submitting the estimate to the bank. He did this patiently and without fee. In the end, the bank, realtors and property owners dragged their feet so much I left the deal. The whole process left me disgusted except for the professionalism and good nature of Bald Knob Builders.
