Bilder & Sons Plumbing

To encapsulate my experience with Bilder and Sons plumbing, Kevin performed work outside the scope of the project that I specifically requested he not do, resulting in a horrendous modification to my house that I now have to hire someone else to fix. In addition to that, everything done in the shower installation was done poorly with disregard to professionalism and pride in work. Please do not use this company.

Kevin responded quickly did the service professionally and very well, was easy to work with and talk to and I found the overall service to be very good. He also came out very quickly which we needed so that we can get our water service return to the house.

A bit pricey

The guy did a great job. He even recommended a repair for which I had assumed I would need a replacement. His work was quick, professional and thorough. I highly recommend him.

Kevin arrived on time, gave me a fair estimate, completed clearing the clogged drain and installing the new garbage disposal within the time frame quoted. He was a pleasure to work with.

They showed up when they said they would, did what they contracted to do, and were very pleasant to deal with. I will absolutely use them again.

On Tuesday, 12/15/20, we had Bilder and Sons come out because our main drain was clogged, we could not use any water, and our usual plumber was booked. Kevin and Peyton came out on short notice and worked for several hours trying to clear our main drain. They could not clear the drain and said they would not come back Wednesday because of the snow. They said they would come back on Thursday, weather permitting, with a camera. 12/15/20 ended with a $742.00 bill and still no use of water/sewer. 12/16/20 we called our town and they came out with their camera. The town workers asked if they could call their preferred plumber and we said yes. Within an hour, in the snow, the plumbing crew showed up and went to work. 3 hours later our drain was clear, and the bill was only $600.00. I texted Kevin and told him there was no need to come back on Thursday. This is a statement of the facts from our experience.

Professional and polite

They came by in the morning, took a look, gave me the estimate and surprisingly came back in the afternoon and did the job. The work was professionally done in a reasonable amount of time. Very friendly people and I will hire them again for sure.

Terrific and prompt service. Second time using Bilder and Sons. They diagnosed and installed a sump pump issue all in the same day. No nonsense approach and explained everything from start to finish. Kevin knows his stuff.

The owner and son were outstanding explained the new pump and how it worked plus were very professional and kind. I will recommend them to everyone to use them.
