"[Member Name Removed]… Thanks for taking the time to leave us a 5 star review… we appreciate your continued patronage and look forward to serving you moving forward…!"
"Regarding this customer, we put in exactly what he wanted, our price was very reasonable, we were there when we said we would be there and he was very happy with the work we had done, even to the point where this customer gave us a $20 tip."
"This customer contacted us regarding her water heater. We asked her to measure the opening for where the water heater would be installed. She said it was 25 inches, which is more than enough room for the replacement heater. When we arrived onsite, the opening was 16 inches, to narrow for the new water heater to fit. So we dispatched another truck to deliver a slimmer and taller water heater in hopes that would work. There was no way to install the water heater without demolishing one of the walls in the utility room, which the customer agreed to. As we were demoing the wall, to accommodate the second water heater, the condo association management made us leave due to their limited work hours. The customer said she didn't have all of the money to pay us. We did everything in our power to accommodate this customer. We werent charging her to come back and forth with the different heaters, because she didn't measure properly. In combination with those issues, and her inablity to pay for the services we were providing, we were made to wait. Nobody blocked any numbers, so we don't know why she stated that and why would be block a number of a customer who owes us money? We temporarily installed the water heater, and the stackable washer and dryer so that the customer would not be inconvenienced, however it was not in the same place. She has not responded to our numerous attempts to contact her. We still have not received any kind payment for the new water heater, or the demo work. Whose avoiding who?"
"The site conditions were horrific and other plumbers would have walked off the job, but Water Heater Express stayed, overcame all of the difficulties regarding the site conditions of getting the new heater in and the old one out. I explained to [Member Name Removed] that I would not be responsible for the carpets or repair of the demo work I did for free, she agreed. Now she is complaining after the fact. You can most customers happy, but some will never be satisfied not matter what you do for them."
"This customer is trying to play general contractor in regards to turning one property into a five unit apartment building. The customer called to have a water heater installed and when you arrive at the property there's is no existing water heater at the desired location and she wants you to figure out how to put one there,. The customer expected us to figure all of that out for her. The next issue was that one of the water heaters would not stay lit. The customer had another plumber replace it with a Home Depot water heater and expected Water Heater Express to give her her money back for the one water heater unit that was installed instead of just repairing it, which was under warranty. The customer does not have a clue in what she is doing and when you try to help her, your labeled the "D" contractor."
