We could not have found a better agent for our real estate search. Buying our first home was an overwhelming task and it was comforting to have an expert on our side who was willing to fight for us throughout the entire process. Luckily, we were referred to Lee and after our first meeting we knew we were in excellent hands. We found a house early on in our search...Unfortunately that home wasn't for us and Lee made the process of withdrawing our offer painless. Lee worked hard for months to help us find what we were looking for.

The journey wasn't easy, but Lee made himself available whenever we needed to talk or ask questions. Lee was professional, knowledgeable, patient and very honest. He shared his opinions on each house and the neighborhood, and never tried to push us into a sale for the wrong reasons or make an offer that wasn't smart.

And just when it felt like there wasn't a house out there for us,we found our perfect little home in a perfect neighborhood with all the character and potential we were hoping for. Even after our offer was accepted, Lee was truly a bulldog and fought for us throughout the escrow process and again, answered all of our questions, calmed our fears and reviewed everything as many times as we needed. I don't know how we would have gotten through without his advice and expertise.

After all is said and done, we consider Lee more than just a real estate agent, we see him as a friend. We are excited about our new home and would definitely work with him again if we needed a realtor.

I just moved to the area but because of an issue in the apartment I moved in to, I have to move again.  I initially contacted a member of the Jeff Silva team regarding purchasing a property.  After some thought, I decided to put off purchasing in this area for a little longer. 
I was referred to a member of the team that works with rental properties in the area.  Kristin has spent ... I think it's been two or three months helping me find a town home.  I have lost count of the number of houses we've looked at or discussed.  Kristin has spent A LOT of time going through listings, making phone calls, and of course the time walking through all of these houses and properties with me.  I really appreciate her time and efforts to help me find a home.
I've definitely had a great experience, and I'll be contacting Kristin and/or a member of her team for any real estate needs in the future.

I noticed Jeff had many great reviews on the home buying sites Trulia and Zillow so I decided to talk to him about buying a home.   He was very responsive and professional.  I feel that his team approach is helpful.  It is clear that Jeff and his team know their business very well.  I did not buy a home with Jeff only because I decided to stay in my current home.
