I had inherited a house from my husband that was almost 100 years old. The house needed some painting, the floors to be done and repairs before it could go on the market. I am not well and I live in New York City and Mr. Mcllhenny found venders for me that would fix up what needed to be fixed and make the house look fabulous. Due to his efforts, the house sold within a week at a price that I could not have gotten if it were not for his efforts. There is no question in my mind that he over saw everything aspect that was done to the house. To use an old expression, Mr Mcllhenny made a silks purse out of a sow's ear.
Since Mr. Mcllhenny does not handle the settlement of the property, the only thing that I would have done differently is hire a lawyer to represent me withal aspects of the settlement.
I think that anyone that wants to buy or sell a house could not get anyone that is as knowledgeable, diligent and works as hard for their clients as Richie Mcllhenny.
