They were able to take in my wife's car the day of our call. We originally wanted to do an oil change, but then they discovered something else and we discussed it. I thought their price was a little bit high for what they did, but they do a good job with the stuff they do and I don't have problems with the car too often.

About a week my initial work was completed my brakes felt soft. I took the car to them at about 4:00 on the Friday after Thanksgiving. I expected them to keep the car over the weekend. Instead they look at the car immediately, rectified the problem and I had my car back in less than an hour. Needless to say I was very pleased. I have taken my car to them previously and I have always been more than pleased with the service. It is hard to find someone you trust to work on your car. MM is a vendor I trust and recommend highly.

They are very professional and always give me straight infomation about what a car may need and why. I believe their skill level and general competance is without question. One thing they are great at is detailed investigation of "that noise" or whatever your car is doing. They are good troubleshooters. I recommend them highly.

I had an Acura at the time and no one could fix it but they were able to. They were great. They still keep in touch via email to make sure everything is going well. Everyone was very nice. I will definitely use them. They made me feel very comfortable.

As to be expected, both Scott and Tom (and for that matter, their entire staff) are the most honest and knowledgeable automotive service people I have come in contact with over the last several years! We like everything about them. They are fair and accurate. They do not overcharge. They are very good at diagnosing what is wrong with the car, and they make good recommendations. They do not try to talk you into doing extra service that you do not need at the time.

They do good work promptly. As is typical, as a business grows they became more expensive. Particularly since they moved to a higher income neighborhood.

I agree that over the past 15+ years in business prices have gone up but it is important to understand that our costs have gone up as well. In order to maintain the level of service that you described as "good work, done promptly" we concentrate on installing quality parts that incur a greater expense than a part that may not last as long, in addition, to maintain quality service, our technicians receive extensive training in house and from various manufacturers so that when particular repairs are required, they are knowledgeable as to how to proceed in the best manner, not simply taking a guess at how your vehicle should be repaired. Everyone at Motorcar Makeovers strives to provide the best quality service as possible and often there is a cost involved with this process. We've been using them for about four years. They do most of the general maintenance work on the three cars that we have. They are very convenient for us in terms of their location. Their prices are fair not great. They are good about educating us of the potential problems that the car maybe having or could potentially have. He also makes us aware of manufacture recalls for different problems that we have.

They're real upfront with me and try to save me money when they can and still do a quality job. They are really good people. They did a repair for me one time that didn't hold up and I broke down on the road with the exact same failure, they insisted on covering the repair I needed to have done. They are pricy but they are good.

The car dealer where we purchased my vehicle tried unsuccessfully to repair the air conditioning multiple times over the course of 3 years. Motorcar Makeovers diagnosed the problem in less than an hour and had it repaired in one day. The proprietors are my go-to guys when it comes to automotive repair. The are honest, fair, and good at what they do. The vehicle was fixed by 11:00 am the next morning and they repaired a couple of minor issues they noticed.
