MOPPERT BROTHERS AT BLUE BELL

Blue Bell was great. We found them to be really prompt and pretty accurate in the job they did for us. You usually tend not to remember a house inspector but they did a good job so we look back on them fondly. We would not be opposed to using them again in the future. They really went out of their way to do their job as quickly and neatly as possible for us and those were the exact things we were looking for in a home inspector. As a result, I would be real quick to refer others to this company or give them more business. As home inspectors go, they are top of the line.

The car was dropped off on the day of appointment and work was to be completed in three business days. On the third day we were told that some hidden damage was found so they needed to keep the car for a couple of more days. We picked the car up and when we got it home we noticed their was a scuff on the quarter panel. I called the shop and was told to bring the car back so they could take a look at it. I brought the car in the next day and the service manager told me that there was some compounding paste left on the car. The detailer had left for the day so I was told to return the next day and he would take care of the problem. I returned the next day and the detailer buffed the quarter panel which took care of the problem. When I returned home again I realized that they still had my registration and insurance card. I called once again and was told to come back to the shop and pick it up. A few days later when I went back I was told they had been sent to the main office. WHY?
