The salon is beautiful inside. The massage area is set-off from the salon area and had the right ambience with the low lights and the music. They have a locker area where people can change and change into a robe and sandles that they provide. Only down side was that they don't provide locks so I had to keep my purse with me to be safe. The massage was great and thorough. It was perfect for my problem areas. Before she started she did ask me if I was there for a specific problem but for me it was just general relaxation. I have no doubt the massage was a full 30 minutes and it may even have been slightly longer. After the massage, there was a glass of water waiting for me and cheese and crackers to snack on. I was very happy and will likely go back in the future to consider not only this service again but also one of the many other spa services they offer. About a week after the massage, I got a phone call from someone wanting to talk about my experience. I liked the opportunity to share my thoughts and make the suggestion that they provide a lock for check out to secure belongings in addition to the locker (which by itself was nice anyway!)

I started getting massages as a way to reduce stress, and this particular massage is PERFECT, because it only costs $40. I think that is very affordable for a full 30 minutes of pampering. Kat customized the massage to my needs by using a medium strength touch. I used to get knots in my neck but after regular massages I no longer get them. Kat makes the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable.

I really enjoy getting my haircuts at Jolie. The salon is very busy, but they always makes you feel that you are their only client. The salon is trendy without being over-the-top. Rosalia has been working at the salon for many years, and she is my first choice for stylists. She really listens to what you want, gives advice if you need it, and respects what you ask for. She is also always on time, which is wonderful with my busy schedule. The price, while a bit high, is comparable to other area salons for a haircut with a designer stylist.
