They were professional, quick and clean.  HDI Associates, Inc., led by Jack MacCord, went above and beyond. They buried electrical wires and fixed the structural defects in the garage to name just a few of the many defects they found, which was not even in the scope of our contract.

Being architects, we value the efficiency and the expertise that HDI Associates.  Good quality work is worth the time.  We love, love our new, old beach home.  Thank you Jack and all his trustworthy guys at HDI Associates, Inc.

Got off to a great start. Will write a full report and update my overall rating once the project is completed.

Update: The job is almost done and I'll have a full report when it's 100% complete. Right now we're in the process of having a new  window, that was obtained and installed by HDI, evaluated. The sashes did not fit the frame and it seems that HDI is consulting with the window company to see what the fix should be. All I know is that I first reported this issue to HDI  back in early March and I still feel air coming through the window and I just want it fixed.
