I am retired military and expect hard work, professionalism, and excellent quality of service. Handyman Scott did not disappoint.

Handyman Scott was excellent. Prompt, polite, well-spoken and knowledgeable. He was able to determine the root of the problem and provide a temporary repair until we could get the entire job done. He also identified two very serious other issues at the house. His pricing was fair and he actually came out on a Saturday for something that was an 'emergency' call. I highly recommend him and he will be on my regular contact list.

I hired Scott Kropnick to replace a pair of original basement windows in my 120 year old house. His work was good: the windows are high quality and the mortar around them looks smooth and beautiful. The price quoted for the work came in at a higher number than that of another handyman I'd contacted, but you know what? That guy never actually came out, despite a whole bunch of phone calls. By contrast, Scott Kropnick was quick with all steps of communication - scheduling an estimate, sending a quote, scheduling the job, then performing it. All done exactly when he said they would be. In the end, I was very satisfied and would hire him again.

Scott is an angel! Relieved the problem and saved me a bundle (the first electrician quoted me @254.00 just to come out!) I'm making a list for Scott!!

Scott evaluated the situation and realized that the lighting application that I wanted to have done was not easily accomplished. He gave me a variety of other options to consider. He was punctual and knowledgeable. I will call him for future projects.
